To go search for the ball Poconos, after the weekend with friends. It is difficult to find homes for rent for groups of dance. I have a search that sleeps at least 16 years. 20 is the ideal number. Find anyone? Thank you!

In your case if you really find a landlord, a weekend home Pupils skip to it, rent regardless of the condition of the house to their small number and the owner will rent a house for dance school students
You will not find anyone who agrees to rent a house to a group of students under the age of drunk high for a weekend.
If you do not personally someone who is willing to know, leave your house, you better make alternative plans.
