I Need a Nutriotionist's Advice? - bmi calculate women teenager

I am a woman, 20 years old, weighs about 132 kg., I, I cardio every day, burning about an hour (between 450-600 + calories per day) and weight train twice a week. I mean BMI calculates how many calories should you determine, but it seems very high to me. I am convinced that if I ate as many calories per day, I gain weight. How many calories do I need to lose weight? Weight hold?
I appreciate any useful advice! 10 points for further exploration.
